I do not suffer the effects from RLS, and from the description of the symptoms, I hope that I never do.  I sure feel for those who have this condition.  After reading this article, it is my hope that the natural paths to helping individuals cope with the symptoms of RLS provides adequate relief.  i believe there is a place for prescription medicines, but I believe in natural approaches as a primary way of relief.  Thanks for providing this information to the public so that people can learn of more natural methods of potential treatment.
